MODULE 1: LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Module 1 will provide you with authentic experiences in the management of physical and virtual learning environments for different types of learners. This consists of three learning episodes. Episode 1 entails designing a physical classroom, bulletin boards, and virtual classrooms. Episode 2 involves the management of classroom routines and discipline. Episode 3 includes the preparation of programs and certificates for a school activity.

EPISODE 1. STRUCTURING CLASSROOM
Reflecting on this project, it became clear that the thoughtful structuring of a classroom significantly enhances the learning environment. Professor Estolano's guidance was instrumental in helping us understand how to create a conducive physical layout, an engaging bulletin board display, and an effective virtual classroom design. By adhering to the DepEd guidelines, we ensured that every aspect of our design—from the entrance signboard and framed class program to the flexible seating arrangement and dedicated reading and health corners—was aimed at promoting educational growth and maintaining a clean, orderly space.
EPISODE 2. MANAGING CLASSROOM ROUTINES AND DISCIPLINE

In Episode 2, we explored the vital role of the classroom as a sanctuary where children feel both physically and emotionally secure. This understanding underscores the necessity of establishing comprehensive rules not only for safety but also for academic engagement, cooperation, and respect. Involving students in the rule-making process fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility, while consistent enforcement and proactive strategies such as establishing routines ensure a structured and productive learning environment. Discipline, approached as a teaching opportunity rather than mere punishment, emphasizes positive reinforcement and building positive relationships with students, ultimately creating an atmosphere where all can thrive academically and personally.
EPISODE 3. DESIGNING PROGRAM AND CERTIFICATES FOR SCHOOL ACTIVITY
Designing a program and certificates for a school activity in FS2 was a deeply rewarding experience. It required a delicate balance of creativity, empathy, and practicality to ensure that every aspect catered to the unique needs and developmental stage of the children. Throughout the process, we found ourselves constantly considering how to make the program engaging and meaningful for the students.

When it came to designing certificates, we wanted to create something more than just a piece of paper. We aimed to craft certificates that would serve as cherished mementos, symbolizing the children's growth and accomplishments. Looking back, we realized the significance of collaboration and iteration in the design process. By actively involving our FSSTE, Sir Perpeñan, and our professor, Ma'am Estolano, we were able to create a program and certificates that resonated with everyone involved and truly reflected throughout this journey of learning.
MODULE 2. TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS
Module 2 will provide you with authentic experiences in the application of knowledge and skills in the teaching- learning process. This consist of 5 learning episodes. Episode 1 focuses on designing a lesson plan. Episode 2 is on the production of instructional materials. Episode 3 is an actual teaching demonstration that utilizes the lesson plan and introduction materials we produced. Episode 4 is on the preparation and administration of summative test with TOS and item analysis. Episode 5 is on conducting an intervention session.
EPISODE 1. DESIGNING LESSON PLAN
Reflecting on the lesson planning process with Ma'am Estolano, we learned a lot about how to create and organize a good lesson plan. She taught us when and what to teach, ensuring we covered all necessary skills. Following the DepEd Order No. 42 s.2016, we made several drafts and revisions. This helped us understand how to align our lessons with students' needs, whether for face-to-face or virtual classes. Ma'am Estolano also stressed the importance of good grammar and clear wording, which helped us communicate our plans effectively.

Revising our lesson plans multiple times was challenging but rewarding. Each change made our plans better, ensuring they met DepEd standards and were easy to follow. This process taught us the value of paying attention to details and always striving to improve. By the end, we had well-structured and clear lesson plans ready for use. This experience made us better at planning and more confident in our teaching abilities.
EPISODE 2. PRODUCING INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
Creating instructional materials using PowerPoint has been a great journey. Each slide was like a blank page where we carefully put together text, pictures, and videos to make interesting presentations. Working with our group made the process even better as we shared our knowledge to make sure the materials were clear and looked good.

We learned that it's important to keep things simple and clear when explaining complex ideas. Breaking down information into small parts and using short words helped people understand and remember better. Overall, making instructional materials with PowerPoint showed us how multimedia tools can make learning more fun and interactive, and we're excited for what's next.
EPISODE 3. TEACHING DEMONSTRATION
Demonstration teaching is one of the most difficult yet, satisfying part of our journey as student. This is the part where we brought our lesson plan to life. It required us to prepare carefully and to be open to comments from our group members for us to demonstrate successfully. Despite numerous tasks that we need to cater, we were able to make it through, giving it our best. Through this journey, we glean invaluable lessons in adaptability, resilience, and the transformative power of thorough preparation, laying the foundation for our continued growth and development as aspiring educators.

EPISODE 4. PREPARING AND ADMINISTIRING SUMMATIVE TEST
In this episode, each group was assigned to create 10 questions with answer keys based on the topics given during our teaching demonstration. Groups 1, 3, and 5 focused on music, while Groups 2 and 4 were assigned to health. While making the Table of Specifications (TOS) and summative test, we need to be especially careful in distributing each question across the TOS. After creating the questions, all groups' questions are compiled into one file. Once the TOS is complete, we are also tasked with creating a Google Form and ensuring that Grade 7 students will answer it.

Below is the link of the TOS and Summative Test.
EPISODE 5. CONDUCTING INTERVENTION PLAN
In module 2, episode 5 we conducted an intervention plan for our grade 7 students at ILS. We understand the importance of reviewing the lesson discussed to them as it is a great way of helping them learn and understand what was taught to them, especially that they still have their final examination. Thus, we came up with a plan in teaching them what we demonstrated to freshen their mind about the lesson. We also came up with a plan to have a retake session if some students will not be able to pass the examination and help them the best we can cultivate in their mind and heart the things that we taught them.
MODULE 3: OTHER TEACHER'S TASK
Module 3 is designed to provide you with a learning experience and exposure in the preparation of school forms, the conduct of parent-teacher activities, and assistance in undertaking action research. Episode 1 is focused on the Accomplishment of School Forms. Episode 2 dwells on Home-School Partnership. Episode 3 emphasizes Participation in Action Research. The purpose of this module is for us to assist a teacher in accomplishing the school forms, the conduct of parent-teacher activities, and participation in action research.
EPISODE 1. ACCOMPLISHING SCHOOL FORMS and DTR
On this episode, our group was assigned by Professor Estolano to complete DepEd school forms. We carefully followed the module and Professor Estolano's instructions to ensure we filled out everything correctly. This task required us to be very detailed and precise, as even small mistakes could have big consequences. It taught us how important it is to be accurate when handling official documents.

Working on the forms together showed us how valuable teamwork and good communication are. We each took on different parts of the task, which helped us complete it more efficiently. This hands-on experience was very helpful, giving us a better understanding of the administrative duties we'll have as future educators. Following the guidelines also highlighted the need to be consistent and follow standards, which is crucial in maintaining proper records in education.

Aside from school forms, our group was also assigned by Professor Estolano to complete our individual Daily Time Record (DTR) forms. We carefully followed Professor Estolano's instructions to ensure each of us filled out our forms correctly. This task required us to be very detailed and precise, as even small mistakes could have big consequences. It taught us how important it is to be accurate when handling official documents.

EPISODE 2: CONDUCTING MEETING WITH PARENTS FACE TO FACE & VIRTUALLY

In this episode, we held a meeting with our group members to create a notice for an upcoming parent meeting. The agenda was to discuss the academic progress of our students and give parents the opportunity to address any concerns about their child's education. We aimed to work together to develop strategies to support the child's learning and tackle any challenges. Each parent received an invitation letter for the meeting. We also prepared a PowerPoint presentation outlining the meeting's agenda. Attendance was recorded for the parents who attended and participated in the meeting.

ACTION RESEARCH
In this episode, we worked on our action research as a section. We discussed and planned how to divide the different parts of the research so each group could participate equally. We finished all our work at Robinsons Marasbaras because it was the only place where we could all meet, as we were not allowed to enter the school that day.

This group effort required careful planning and teamwork. Each group was given a specific part of the research, which made our work more organized and ensured that everyone had a role. Meeting outside the school also taught us to be flexible and resourceful, showing the importance of being able to adapt to different situations.
